MR. MICHAEL A. KOEPPEN

Mr. Michael A. Koeppen is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Koeppen, Elliott & Associates, Limited (KEA).

Mr. Koeppen offers over 30 years experience with VIP trade events, conferences and onsite training projects in the commercial, governmental and defense sectors and has worked with officials from over ninety-five countries in the areas of privatization, project finance, trade capacity building, public-private partnership programs, identification and development of national and multi-national market opportunities, project technology sourcing, and other related disciplines.

Mr. Koeppen has planned, organized and managed hundreds of US government funded Conferences, Reverse Trade Missions, Training Workshops and Outreach events in association with senior government officials. He has been responsible for arranging presidential to traditional diplomatic and project sponsor level trade briefings, product demonstrations, company and site visits, in addition to trade and seminar missions to such internationally renown trade fairs as Farnborough-England, Paris-France, Berlin-Germany, Stuttgart-Germany, Maastricht-Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing-PRC, and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Koeppen’s knowledge of the domestic and international business base and supply chain markets gives him exceptional qualifications on international business issues.

MR. DAVID C. ELLIOTT, OBE

Mr. David C. Elliott is the Vice President and co-founder of Koeppen, Elliott & Associates, Ltd. (KEA).

Mr. Elliott spent 27 years as an officer in the British Royal Navy serving in a variety of command and staff positions worldwide. He was decorated by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and the Egyptian Government. He served ashore and afloat in East and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the Mediterranean area, the Caribbean and Latin America and throughout Northern Europe and North America. He was appointed Senior Officer to The Prince of Wales and subsequently assumed responsibility for the official arrangements for the prince’s military schedule.

In 1993, Mr. Elliott co-founded KEA as Vice President. In this capacity he has personally planned and managed more than 190 Reverse Trade Missions, Business Briefings, Training Programs and International Conferences for dignitaries from around the world, as guests of the U.S. Government. These have included visits in the sectors of Transportation; Environment and Water; Oil and Gas; Energy and Power; Telecommunications and Information Technology; Safety and Security; Fire and Rescue; and Emergency Response.

Mr. Elliott has lived for more than 25 years in the United States (20 in Washington, D.C), and in Malta, Gibraltar, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Bermuda and Sweden. Mr. Elliott was educated at Brighton College in England; the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth; the Royal Naval Staff College, Greenwich; the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, RI; and the London Business School.
